Payment details (including shipping charges) and instructions will be forwarded to you in an email upon receiving your order.
For Public Bank Desktop Banking customer orders are held open for 3 business days and will be processed only after your payment has been received and cleared.
Note that all prices on akiddy.com are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and we only accept payment in RM currency. All prices shown are fixed and in the Malaysia currency (MMY). Where discounts are given, nett prices of the items will be displayed.
Shipping Fees :
Akiddy.com offers Free Shipping for order above RM300 within Klang Valley Area or you may also arrange your own transportation. Online transaction does not include shipping charges, kindly make payment upon product delivery.
How Do I Estimate :
1) For Klang Valley Area
RM30 transport chargers for purchase amount less than RM300
2) For Outstation Area Major Cities ( West Malaysia )
Minimum RM10 transport chargers per normal box, box size : 90cmL x 60cm x 35cm or less than 10kg per item
Product packing sizes may vary from items to items.
Maximum RM80 transport chargers per bigger box or more than 50KG per item.
3) For East Malaysia Major Cities
Minimum RM250 handling chargers per trip/per order, for more information please contact customer service at 012-3271733 or shop@akiddy.com
NOTE :
Currently we only deliver within Malaysia only. Deliveries are made between 9am to 5 pm. No deliveries services on Sunday and Public holidays

What can I expect?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.
Delivery will take 5 business days after the order has shipped. All delivery lead times are estimated.
Akiddy.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
What happened If my delivery goes missing
In case of any problems with your delivery, akiddy.com will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
